  • Would just like to thank you for being so efficient, I was amazed at how quickly my contact lenses arrived. I now have 4 different colours (Honey, Evergreen, Ocean and Sky blue) and love all of them! My friends love them too and so have pointed them all in the right direction of where to get them from!!

    In answer to Joe’s e-mail we normally despatch the next day by 1st class Royal Mail post. If we get the order earlier enough it’s often the same day. We pride ourselves on our quick turn round and our customer care as you can see by some of the e-mails we get.

  • Can you please tell me how long will my lenses last?

    No I can’t as it really depends on how careful you are with them and how often you wear them. If they are kept in lens solution there is no reason why you should not get many wears out of the lenses. They are classed as a 30 day disposable lens.

  • My last order took several days whereas my first order arrived next day. Any reason?

    Yes this was due to a postal dispute in your area. I am afraid whilst we turn round our orders very quickly we can account for what happens when the postman takes control.
