All our products carry a Best Before and have a minimum of
12 months.
Please check the colour of the lens prior to opening the phial.
All products are backed by the "Coloured Contact Lens
Co. Quality Assurance," if you are not happy with your purchase,
return the goods within 10 days and we will credit you. It is
at your cost to ensure the goods are returned to us, and received
in a condition to resell. The lenses must not be opened. If they
are, this will nullify your right to return.
All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days and will
be sent by post. If we have out of stocks we will notify you
in this period. You will have the right to cancel.
The coloured contact lenses shown on our site are an accurate
guide, but due to computer screens, and more importantly the
base colour of your own eyes, may turn out to be a different
shade of colour once you have inserted them. It is essential
"instructions for use" are read and followed.
